Succesful FAT

April 2026: Another project completed: We successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) together with the owner for one of our Advanced Waste Water Treatment Systems.

 All system functions were comprehensively tested and validated, confirming full operational performance and compliance with project requirements.

 Most importantly, the customer’s positive feedback and satisfaction underline the strength of our performance, top-tier quality standards and technology.

 The customer chose our Advanced Wastewater Treatment System DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® 4.2 which fulfills the RESOLUTION MEPC.227 (64) 4.2 by not only removing pollutants but also actively degrading phosphate and nitrate, helping to prevent the acceleration of ocean nitrification.

 A great step forward towards the future of sustainable maritime operations!

Order for Luxury Cruise Liner

December 2025: One of the most prestigious luxury cruise ships is being equipped with our Advanced Waste Water Treatment System, DVZ-JZR-"BIOMASTER," at the owner's special request.

Beyond efficient wastewater treatment, the system enables water reuse for toilet flushing and deck washing, supporting a more sustainable and resource-efficient onboard operation.

This is supported by the system being fully compliant with IMO Resolution MEPC.227 (64), including paragraph 4.2. Not only are pollutants removed but also phosphate and nitrate are actively degraded, ensuring operation even in particularly sensitive marine areas.

Completing the holistic environmental concept, DVZ-SERVICES is additionally supplying a Feedwater Treatment System and Food Waste Handling — setting new standards for sustainable luxury cruising.

September 2025: Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting our Exhibitor Conference on “Comprehensive Sustainability in Advanced Waste Water Treatment.”

Our sincere thanks go to the Monaco Yacht Show and the Blue Wake for providing us with the opportunity to present our solution for driving sustainable innovation in yachting.

Grand Opening Night in Monaco

September 2025: Tonight’s celebration marked the official kickoff of the Monaco Yacht Show. The festivities set tone for what promised to be an extraordinary exhibition.

Excellent pure water quality

May 2025: We just commissioned our Advanced Wastewater Treatment System DVZ - JZR "BIOMASTER"® for our customer’s Ice-Class Exhibition Cruise Ship. Our systems become fully operational within a short time and quickly begin producing clear water on board under normal operating conditions.

Thanks to the Biological Treatment Process, no unpleasant odors occur, and our membrane technology effectively prevents solids from being discharged into the sea. This not only ensures excellent pure water quality, but also that oceans and coastal waters remain clean and protected.

Our solutions represent efficiency, environmental responsibility, and sustainability — key characteristics that every modern Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant should embody to support the long-term preservation of our Marine Ecosystems.

Type Approval Certification

March 2025: Proudly certified! Our Advanced Wastewater Treatment System DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"® has received Type Approval Certification from Lloyd’s Register. This achievement confirmes that our system meets the essential pollution prevention requirements for use on luxury yachts, navy vessels and offshore installations, ensuring compliance with the highest environmental and industry standards.

New Cruise Project

January 2025: Following the successful detailed engineering of the Advanced Waste Water Treatment System for one of our customer’s Ice-Class Exhibition Cruise Ships, we are excited to begin production on another of our DVZ - JZR "BIOMASTER"® Units.

With premium stainless steel components and top-tier manufacturing quality, this system is designed for durability, efficiency and low maintenance—setting new standards for sustainable maritime solutions.

Customer visits in Florida

October 2024: There is nothing better than seeing our customers delighted with our solutions.

During our recent visit to Florida, we met with our clients in West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, receiving nothing but positive feedback.

Especially during the visit on board a 60m+ mega yacht at FLIBS 2024, the customer expressed high satisfaction with the performance and maintenance of our DVZ - JZR "BIOMASTER"® Advanced Waste Water Treatment System. It was installed during a refit about three years ago and has been running perfectly ever since.

But our commitment goes beyond commissioning and seamless integration on board. With our DVZ Comprehensive 360°-SERVICE we offer a full suite of support, including specialized trainings, engineering, top-tier consulting, spare parts supply and ongoing maintenance and repair.

July 2024: A further series of our reliable 5 ppm Oily Water Separators DVZ-FSU-"OILCHIEF"® is waiting for final assembly and delivery to our customers. These proven "OILCHIEF" systems are specially designed to meet the highest requirements for mega yachts.

Certification for Cruise Liner System

June 2024: Another step ahead in the global cruise liner market!

For its next refit project on a cruise liner sailing in the Alaskan area, DVZ-SERVICES has received the official IMO Type Approval Certificate according to MEPC.227 (64) including Paragraph 4.2 for its Advanced Waste Water Treatment System DVZ-JZR-6000 "BIOMASTER".

Food Waste Dryer

March 2024: 126m Explorer Yacht former owned by Paul Allen (Microsoft co-founder), built by Lürssen in 2003 is now equipped with the complete waste water treatment system DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER".

 At least also with a new economical food waste dryer!

The only hygienic and sustainable solution is to dry food waste. The system dries raw food waste overnight, eliminating pathogens, unpleasant putrid odors, smelly presses and washing of containers and reduces volume and costs by 80%.

March 2024: We are delighted to share that we have been audited by one of Europe's leading ship and cruise liner shipyards, our valued customer, and have received an outstanding 'A' rating. This recognition highlights our commitment to excellence and expertise in delivering high quality systems.

Cruise Liner Refit

February 2024: Our advanced Waste Water Treatment System DVZ-JZR "BIOMASTER"®, designed for a cruise liner refit accommodating 3000 passengers, is now ready for FAT. It will soon be dispatched to the shipyard. Stay tuned for further updates.

February 2024: We´ve just secured an order for two of our proven Oily Water Separators DVZ-FSU "OILCHIEF"®, ensuring the highest standard for our customer´s offshore transformer platforms.
